Ok, I have a confession to make: I have seen the first episode. Let me just say: the new contenders are thrown a curve ball on their very first challenge. You know how the first challenge is usually to work with scraps like recycled materials and funky junk? Heidi and Tim steer them in a total opposite direction. Try to decipher that. The result? The first elimination and a really good feel for who the strong contenders are. I have leaked enough...
Without further ado: Fab's 10 Essentials. Some of these are not new — I am sorry but no one can argue that a LBD, denim and a white shirt aren't classic. But I did mix things up. Hopefully you will enjoy a few fresh items that I feel can provide fabulous fashion fare everyday.

- LBD
- LRD. Everyone should watch out for a lady in red. Be that lady.
- White Shirt.
- Denim. I prefer dark denim; it's the most flattering and sophisticated.
- A Classic Handbag. The Bottega dreams are made of.
- A Cardigan. Heather grey goes with everything!
- A Cuff. A statement.
- Ballet Flats. Mix it up with an animal print.
- Black Heels.
- A Sexy Lingerie Set; it's what's underneath that also counts.
- Bonus: Fabulous Sunnies! Wear your sunglasses at night.

I love cuffs, great bold statements for an outfit.
1I can do without animal prints, but the LRD and the handbag are gorgeous:) I prefer dark jeans too. And the bone cuff is really eye catching.
2I like everything, although I agree with anna_muffin, not a big fan of animal prints. Especially that particular one.
The dress is adorable and I love the shoes!
3Very nice list! I totally agree about dark denim, it's more sophisticated and can be dressed up or down.
4Not everybody looks good in a red dress.
5Denim is "never" sophisticated. Its working class origins can't be denied. Denim is casual and "funky" at best.
Sunglasses at night...I won't even go there

6Okay, I have to throw my ten cents, or should my ten fashion essentials, in. 1) Great Shades. 2) Perfect fit jeans. 3) White tee. 4) Basic Blazer. 5) Hip scarf (think luscious colors or prints!). 6) Neutral Ballet Flats. This does not have to mean black! You could go Angelina Jolie nude, or pale gold, or grey... the possibilities are endless! 7) Standout day dress- good fit, good color for you, a chance to throw something offbeat into the mix.
I cannot deny the
power and versatility of the LBD. 9) You are going to need some killer pumps to go with that dress- make it day to evening if you can- maybe some pointy- toed Christian Loubs? Or this
season's supercool Stella McCartney pump? Think about it... 10) Oooh, only one more. Go back to Stella McCartney and get one of her phenomenal handbags. Or, if you're more of a "honey, could
you just carry my wallet and cell, I don't want to take a purse" kind of girl- this is me- opt for a pair of riding boots. So classic, pair them with jeans, pair them with that fantastic day
dress. Let him field calls from your mom.

9There is a shade of red out there for everyone. You just have to know which is YOUR red. mine lean to the burgundies, corals and deeper salmons.

15gorgeous..I have many of these! Except flats...do they make thighs seem thicker on shorter women..thats kinda how I feel!
