At New York Fashion Week, Carmen Electra wore Diane von Furstenberg's turquoise and black Rosario dress. Last night, Paris Hilton was spotted in NYC wearing the same dress. Obviously both girls give the frock their own unique flair. Carmen went for a more sexy look with her peep-toe, black and gold pumps and a chunky necklace. Paris opted for funky with houndstooth tights and a leather jacket, but it's not surprising given her latest tight-happy streak. Who do you think wore it better?

4As much as I love DVF, there's something "off" about this dress. It almost looks unfinished at the bust line. Like I imagine it on a mannequin on Project Runway and tim gunn looking at it disapprovingly saying "make it work!"

I think Carmen looks dazzling in it! Paris... yikes - what was she thinking?! I do not like the tights with it at all. It totally takes away from the simplistic beauty of the dress. Just my opinion, though.

19i've tried this on the other day in NM, it's a weird fit, it's definitely a dress for people with smaller breasts, but the mix&match that paris did was just awful.

22Overall I like it on Carmen too, besides her breast being too big for the way its designed on the top half. It doesn't seem to work well on a heavier chest at all. The tights Paris wore with it def. ruins it, she looks ridiculous.
