Here is PYT Ashley Tisdale looking...disheveled. With such a busy dress she could have toned down the hair — less bed head vixen, more sleek and sophisticated lady. I do like the neutral metallics against her slightly sun kissed skin though. Maybe she's just feeling like a wild child tonight.
