these (Project Runway is a little too specific). Or Tim Gunn's Guide to Style.
Gossip Girl isn't on yet in the UK, so I can't comment, but I don't think the others are really about fashion. Ugly Betty never has anything but fashion magazine cliches, and ANTM is mainly
about the b*tching now- I've never seen anything inspirational fashion-wise on there. I did quite enjoy Project Catwalk, the UK version of Project Runway though...
My favorite scripted show about fashion is Ugly Betty, because although GG clearly has the best fashion, it's not really a fashion-centric tv show.
My favorite reality show is definitely Project Runway. I love a reality show where people who truly have talent are battling it out. 3 cheers for Project Runway!!!
I started watching the Hills because Lauren was in fashion school (like myself), but it's just a bunch of silly teens b*tchin' about things that don't matter.
If they gave whitney a spin off show, i would watch that. maybe they should do a reality show with Marc Jacobs or Domenico & Stefano (you know, Dolce & Gabbana), and show them go
through making a collection, and all the drama in between.
"Model life" on TLC was good and the "Fashionista Diaries" on Soap was really kewl. "The Agency" in VH1 was entertaining as well. What not to wear (american version) is a classic!
