They both look nice but I voted for Paris. I think her tan makes it pop more.

i think olivia looks better in it but it may just be that i hate paris and it looks like shes wearing boots with it. Im also not a fan of fake tans and sunglasses at night.

Also, Paris isn't wearing boots with her dress, They are just closed toe shoes. She never wears open toe shoes. Even on the beach in a bikini she has closed toe shoes on. I guess she thinks her toes are really ugly.

Paris looks great in long and lean shapes. The other girl looks too short for this look.

It's true I think Paris wore it better. It looks like a summer dress and the casualness of how she is wearing it makes it look good.

Paris, here's why:

That strip of fabric in the middle is supposed to start right under the bust, thus creating an empire waist and supporting the girls.

Olivia wore it at the waist, which means she bought the wrong size, the dress is too long, her boobs look misshapen, and she looks frumpy.
