I am a huge, and I do mean huge Bottega fan, but my die-hard devotion has been slightly stricken by these Bottega Veneta Woven Flat Sandals ($750). You gotta love the brand's trademark woven leather, but as for the rest of the shoe: do you dig it?

Boring. Been done to death.
Not that appealing to me.
not for me
I would never wear those..
so ugly
Yea, not really my style...too manyly I think.
Ewwwww!
Certainly not my taste!
It depends on the outfit.
They look like something my mother would wear...and I don't mean in a great vintage, when she lived in the 70's kinda way, I mean now. Yuck.
They might work as a child's sandals...but certainly not for $750.
they look atrocious.
ha ha! SmallTownFab, they remind me of my mother too. She and dad get those rubber sandals at the drugstore. They look just like these. UGH!
Yeah...not my style either!
Yuck
I think those are REALLY ugly.
all the granola eating, patchouli smelling 40+ year old hippies wear these. so no thanks.
k, I think I'm the only one who doesn't actually mind these, I wouldn't spend 750 on them, but they arn't bad
Looks like they came from Payless. Ugly.
$750?!?!? holy moly... no thanks
Ugh! Ugly.
Those look like the ugly sandles that my Grandpa used to wear that he got on vacation in Mexico for $2
Old lady sandals
i would sport this in a second! you dont even know how cute it would be!
These will be great for the next country club drama club's production of "Jesus Christ Superstar".
I don't like these so much.
Sojess, That's funny. My mom wears shoes & sandals like these (although she would never pay $750 for them) & my husband always teases her by saying, "I see you've got you Jesus shoes on today."
correction....your....not you....!
Those are the sandals that the Fijian resort staff wear- they were like $5 in Fiji!!!
Hate!
Ew!
not for me!
Ick...those things make the longest, slenderest legs look short and stumpy.
I think it all depends how and what you wear them with. I like them.
Good grief! When will this trend go out of style?!?!
ugh theylook orthopedic
as much as i LOVE bottega, own their products and covet after most everything from them...these are just not doing it for me.
i think it's also the color...they might be a tad more tolerable in a diff. colorway.....
Jesus sandals...
I was never a fan of these kind of sandals in the first place, but this looks like some dowdy thing in the back of some old guy's closet. The brown is eh... and the the design is just not working for me. It's like it just went wrong somewhere.
I just don't like it at all.
they lok too ugly tto wear.
$750 to look like a dirty hippy.
not for me!
I'd like them with a heel - I actually have some similiar ones that I bought for $20 from piperlime.com - same, kind-of tribal feel but a better color, price, and they have a cute heel - ands they're really comfortable!
