I think Paris looks better

Monique owned it. Paris look so stiff and bird like as always.

The dress is not flattering on Monique's figure. Paris should lose the jacket. I don't really like this dress at all.

This dress isn't my favorite, but I think they both look OK. Just OK.

Neither...both of them look awkward in this dress...or may be the dress is unflattering to any figure...

Paris's tights look like they have a hole in them- I don't like the pattern.
And the dress doesn't fit or flatter Monique.

The bust doesn't fit right on Monique and I think Paris has holes in her hose so I said neither.

paris does need to run out and get some new hose...it's reminding me of miss spears' ripped up fishnets, and that's NEVER good

I can't stand Paris, but I think she looks better. The dress looks more sophisticated with the little jacket. Cute.

Sadly I had to pick Paris... Monique has a very muscular figure that is not flattered by such a girly dress.

I said Monique, because any class that Paris was going for was ruined by the ripped stockings. It also made me laugh to hear that's what she wore for dinner out with her parents. Going out to dinner with my parents entails jeans and a t-shirt. But that's because they live in suburban hell where a nice dinner out means Applebees.

Monique alwasy looks like she is wearing someone else's clothes. She never wears things that complement her figure. And Paris's knees look awful. That alone made me choose either

Even though I can't stand her and her tights look like they have runs/holes in them, I voted Paris because Monique's look is boring.

Monique is gorgeous in this and her total look with the shoes and clutch is so pretty.

the silhouette just hangs badly on Monique, but her accessories like shoes look better than paris's..... Paris needs to get rid of those fishnets....

weird, i was gonna buy this dress.

This is a cute dress, but I had to vote for neither: it doesn't seem to flatter Monique's body, and Paris covered it up with a weird jacket (and had holes in her tights?!?). Its a cute dress but has a young look so you'd really have to be a certain body type to wear it right.

This frock is frightening, neither one of them knew what to do with it..The jacket was a bit heavy handed- I dislike this dress.
