It boggles my mind when one girl spends an exorbitant amount of money on a ho-um dress. Then, two girls wear the aforementioned dress and it just makes me throw my hands up in the air and pray to the fashion gods. Such is the case with this Chloe crystal mini dress. It looks like a volcano exploded and dispersed blobs of crystals all around, expensive crystals. It's not my taste, but obviously Hilary Duff's and model Jacquetta Wheeler's. Who do you think wore it better?

1I picked Hilary because I'm so over leggings.
2ewww hilary looks like umm not too good. it looks too tight and she has too much going on(too much hair, make-up, the shoes and tights are too detailed, the earring and hat need to go. with the print of the dress everything else should be simple like jaquetta(whoever that is?)jaq looks sleek and modern.

4jacquetta keeps the dress from actually exploding by not overdoing the accessories. if you have a loud dress, other things should be simple. also, the colors look better on jacquetta, but maybe thats just because she a supermodel.
