Is it me or is there a recent shortage of show-stopping handbags on the shelves? As I was starting to loose faith, this Jill Stuart Valerie Patent Bag ($277, originally $395) came along. First thing that caught my eye was the gorgeous emerald hue (it also comes in black and espresso); it's so festive and rich.
