I love stepping into the fun, wacky world of Fred Flare once in a while. Who doesn't? I would say Fred Flare is the Willy Wonka of fashion. I saw this Fancy Necklaces Tote, $24, and thought it was way cute at first glance but then asked myself: would I really wear this? Would you? Tell me ladies: love it or hate it?

not sure...I like but I am not sure if it is tacky but maybe I like it because it is tacky
1this reminds me of this tank guess carried last year. it was hideous. i think it was called "RAP STAR" and it had gold chains printed on the front and one super thick one attached to the guess logo.
so very wrong.
2I'm not sure how I feel. It is big and gaudy but it could work. hmm...
3I personally wouldn't carry it, but I definitely don't hate it either.
