I disagree with the no black rule. I think black is very classy - and I think its all about accessorizing. If a person wants to wear black, they can brighten their outfit with shoes or belts, whatnot.

8phillygirl, I totally agree with you. Wearing fur is repugnant and inhumane. And I wouldn't even wear faux fur, not because of ethical reasons, but because it does not look glamorous and is really not attractive.
And while I like color, I also think you can definitely do black. There are tons of LBDs with an unexpected twist. And you can add accessories to make it your own. It'll never be out of style.

I must admit this resurgence of fur is making me quite ill. It's inhumane and disgusting on ALL levels.

15I'll admit to having fur, but it's vintage...it belonged to my grandmother. I very rarely wear it, but it is warm, and it gives me some of her glamour (she was a very stylish lady!).
I wish I could work feathers. I always end up looking like I got the raw end of a pet store stampede.
