I'm not implying that Loub needs to move out, but his new neighbor, Jonathan Kelsey, is posing a serious threat. Jonathan honed his skills at Jimmy Choo, Cacharel, and Giles Deacon, so his posh designs should come as no surprise. His current collection, available at Saks Fifth Avenue, is a nod to the mid-'70s collection in his mother's closet. Cute! Prices range from $550 to $975. Pricey, yes, but so hard to say no.

Thedingo, don't let it bother you. Most people can't afford them. In fact, I'd wager that for most people, spending $100 on shoes is still something that they have to work into their budget. (It is for me, anyway.)
