Designers have been playing with volume for seasons now. What was once a frightening trend has evolved into something modern and wearable. The easiest way to play with volume is with a tulip skirt. All you need to do is keep is slim or structured on top, depending on whether you want to go flirty (see Emporio Armani Fall '07 at left) or artsy, and definitely pair with some sexy booties. Tulips require heels to blossom, and your overall womanly silhouette will flourish.

i love skirts.
5They are so cute....on people other than me.
6I really don't understand why anyone thinks this style is cute.
7I love tulip skirts if they're done right. A high waist and a slightly exaggerated hip creates a stunning hourglass figure on anyone and makes the waist seem so tiny. The Paull&Joe one is exquisite.
8I haven't really got on to the high skirt waist thing.....but maybe I will!
9hott!
10I love these skirts, I have about a dozen.
