Miley Cyrus is growing up fast, and her ensemble on New Year's Eve in NYC reflects it. Billy Ray's daughter shielded herself from the cold in a chic winter white coat with oversized black buttons, a knit cap, black gloves, and black suede boots. My only complaint is that her hat and coat are slightly matchy matchy; to fix, I gave her a plaid one. Keep up the Fab work, Miley!

24J'adore this outfit! As for Miley herself, well... I don't think she's a bad person, but anyone who heard her sing on NYE will agree she is not very talanted. And her show, Hannah Montana, is far from high entertainment. Still, I want that coat!
