I agree with Angeline Marie.
I'm also French (...Canadian), so I give myself full permission to wear a beret. I've been wearing them for years, and I'm thrilled to be able to stock up on them this season!
i love them. i love when boys wear them. in marching band, tubas have to wear them, and they were blue for our band, and all our tubas were fairly handsome with all blue eyes, and really
pretty blue eyes. it was really lovely. they were like little dolls.
my head just doesn't work with them, but i love them.
They are adorable, and one of the only styles of hat that really, reallt suit me. A few years ago I felt very unique wearing mine, but I'm starting to feel kind of overrun by them. No doubt
in another couple years I will feel uncomfortable because everyone and their sister will have gone through a beret phase and it will feel like fashion conformity instead of fun and creative.
*sigh* It was the same with big 70's glasses and my bobbed hair. It's nice to feel ahead of the curve, but *jeez*. [/rant]

In this week's Gossip Girl, Blair Waldorf demonstrates that there's nothing like a red sparkly dress to make you stand out at a party. Although her exact Marchesa dress isn't available online, this one is quite similar.
fun - especially the ones that are loosely knit and slightly floppy, as seen in shops like H&M.
1My hat (mon chapeau), I wear to keep my head warm. Neither cliché or fun but ever stylish. Except for that oversized floppy one in the picture.
2Other. On me they can be really hit or miss depending on colour and size. They look adorable on my sister though.
3fun
4They're okay...not my favorite style of hat though.
5Love 'em!
6Classic.
7With the right outfit totally cute and unique - I love what hats can do!
8I love them!
9Sassy and Classic!
10Definitely cute, but I would say that they don't look good on most people.
11I love them for myself and think they're so fun, but they definitely aren't for everyone.
12love berets! so chic...
13No thanks. They remind me of a weird stalker guy I worked with who ALWAYS wore one.
14It's a classic.
15I haven't cuaght on yet!
That picture is really wierd
though....
16I love them even though they don't look very good on me.
17im French, so obviously
18i would love a beret!

I think that berets are weird and just look silly on.
