It says a lot when Amanda Bynes looks better...I'm thinking Chloe Sevigny is NOT all that, even tho she is supposed to be such an "it" girl and all. The red lips are a cool choice though, I'll give her that, she still just looks like she is coked out or something, I've no idea.

neither..i dont like that dress...its....wierd. Its baggy and ill fitting and it looks like it was made from a purple parachute.

Amanda - she looks polished and neat; Chloe's makeup is too pink (on her face) and her lips just clash horrendously with the lavender. And the dress doesn't fit her right, for some reason.

i'm not a huge fan of the style of the dress. the color is gorgeous and i think amanda wears it better. i have never understood the allure of chloe s. and how she became a fashion 'it' girl.

I voted Chloe. The dress on Amanda looks cheap because it's too tight in all of the wrong places. Chloe looks a lot more high fashion and chic.

wow, don't really like the dress style, but Amanda makes it look good. I have never understood the appeal of Chloe or the attention her fashion sense gets. I have never liked anything she has worn. And, she is just not a pretty woman at all.

what is wrong with Chloe's face? She looks tired and a mess, aren't celebrities supposed to get their makeup done profesionally... Overall, Amanda looks better in it because the whole package works- clothes, makeup, and hair.

Doesn't really look like it fits Chloe properly. The red lips are a unique idea, but it sees like Chloe has a lot of unique ideas that are never really executed properly.

Would it be too much to ask Chloe Miss "it" girl to get her hair done for an event once in a while. God...it's so awful. It looks like she didn't even bother to brush it. For whatever reason her hair doesn't match her "it girl" reputation. She always looks so gross to me.

I've been disappointed with Amanda for the past couple of years; she's so naturally adorable but her highlights, tan, and what seems like unnecessary amounts of makeup are just too much for me. I just can't see past any of that and, for that reason, I haven't liked the way she's looked on any red carpet lately.

Amanda totally. To tell you the truth I actually hate Chloe. I hate her style and she's not even that pretty. Sorry for everyone out there that loves her. But it's just my opinion.
