Lavender is such a pretty color; it's a wonder that more celebs don't wear it. Chloë Sevigny knows what's up. . . . she chose a lavender Narciso Rodriguez tie dress for the premiere of The Diving Bell and the Butterfly back in November. PYT Amanda Bynes wore the same dress to the 2008 Critics' Choice Awards last night. Both have a slick black clutch, but Chloë opted for messy hair and bright red lips.

1It says a lot when Amanda Bynes looks better...I'm thinking Chloe Sevigny is NOT all that, even tho she is supposed to be such an "it" girl and all. The red lips are a cool choice though, I'll give her that, she still just looks like she is coked out or something, I've no idea.

16neither..i dont like that dress...its....wierd. Its baggy and ill fitting and it looks like it was made from a purple parachute.
17Amanda - she looks polished and neat; Chloe's makeup is too pink (on her face) and her lips just clash horrendously with the lavender. And the dress doesn't fit her right, for some reason.

35Doesn't really look like it fits Chloe properly. The red lips are a unique idea, but it sees like Chloe has a lot of unique ideas that are never really executed properly.

42I've been disappointed with Amanda for the past couple of years; she's so naturally adorable but her highlights, tan, and what seems like unnecessary amounts of makeup are just too much for me. I just can't see past any of that and, for that reason, I haven't liked the way she's looked on any red carpet lately.
Amanda totally. To tell you the truth I actually hate Chloe. I hate her style and she's not even that pretty. Sorry for everyone out there that loves her. But it's just my opinion.
