It's a bag, no wait, it's a beach towel, wait . . . it's both! This MM6 Maison Martin Margiela Convertible Terry Beach Bag ($235) works like a beach bag and beach mat all rolled up into one. Just unzip the sides and huzzah: the cheery yellow plush terry towel is ready to protect you from the sand. Fab!

where do you put your stuff when it's in towel form?
1I think this is ugly!
And yes, where do you put all your stuff when it's unrolled?!
2I acutally think it kins of cool! But not for 225!
3Nifty idea but not too practical.
4I was wondering the same thing: where do you put your stuff that was in it?
5What if you have to leave and your towel is still wet? And for $235...not! I can just sew two straps on my own beach towels!
6Cool idea! A little too pricey though.
7Practical but ugly. Not worth its price. Just a piece of junk if you pay that price for that item.
8LOL good point Glossgirl! I don't think the towel/bag is attractive looking.
9Love it, just wish it came in another color.
10I love thiis!!!!
11Quiksilver made one of these that was way cuter & around 40 bucks. Plus it wasn't a towel, it was a straw mat when unrolled. Which makes more sense than a towel, because it won't retain the moisture from you laying on it when you roll it back up to use it as a bag
My
friend has one. Can't find one to link to, though.
12I really dislike that brand....Everything looks unclean and weird to me.
13Cool idea, but yeah... what do you do with the stuff that's in the bag when you want to use it as a mat? That one wasn't thought through too well.
14I bought a much better looking Beach towel/bag from itsallyouwant.com, you keep all your stuff in the 7 pockets available.... OMG it is soooo cool, i love it......
15Plus......it was a bargain at $39.95
