Miley Cyrus chatted with Ryan Seacrest on KIIS-FM just the other day. She has traded her blond locks in for something a bit more rock 'n roll and I like it. To go with her new red 'do, she wore a LaRok studded vest and dark skinny jeans. Like a true fashion chameleon, Miley can go from youthful and fun to edgy all in a matter of weeks.

10She's another slut in the making. You can just see her transforming right before our eyes. First, she tried to make out that she's going to be different than Lindsay, Britney, Nicole, Paris...but she's starting to look just like them. Sometimes she looks like a hooker's apprentice.
