8Yeah that's pretty tacky... I mean, the idea of it is interesting, but the execution (including the fabric and ruffles) just don't live up to it. I would opt for one of Rachel Pally's dresses that can be worn four ways and looks absolutely classy, timeless, and well-fitting.
