Ah, the transition between seasons. It's the only time you have your entire wardrobe to play with. It's not so hot that you can go out in a tank top, but it's not so cold where you need a jumbo parka. The key to dressing for this limbo period is layering. Think cardigans, beanies, dresses over sweaters . . . you catch my drift.
I'll start you off with this Mini-Star Print Scarf ($20) as it's right on point with the latest starry-eyed trend.
Let's go Fab Finding for a stylish yet comfy transitional outfit. Be sure to come back and tell me your Fab Finds are up, or just tag your Fab Finds with transitional outfit.
Now, you can build outfits by creating a list of clothing items. We have everything you need to build outfits, and you can use your Fab-Find bookmarks, too. This is an even better way to put together an entire outfit when you are completing your Fab-Finding missions.

1Either some of you have awesome jobs and simply got it like that or Im incredible cheap - some of these clothes are just too pricey for me. Would I pay $200+ for a pair of jeans? Oh hell to the nah. $500 hand bags? nope.
Must be nice!
:(
I got student loans!
But hey if I could I would (not really). Oh well, I'll just live vicariously through FabSugar for now.
2Well i think part of the fab finds are just for fun and to include items you wouldn't necessarily buy in real life. It's like dress up for grown women
3This girl looks like a pretty version of Heidi Montag.
4it is heidi, after three more years of surgeries...

10I actually kind of love this time of the year because we finally get to be creative with our wardrobes. Someone mentioned how all the items in Fab Finds are really expensive, so I made an effort to make my list more reasonable. I started off with one "investment" piece - this DKNY orange dress ($295) which I think is the perfect thing for this Spring. I topped it with the cute cropped jacket from j crew for the chillier temps. I recently bought these Old Navy shoes and they are TDF and they look awesome with tights, so pair them with the gray tights. Finish it all off with Loeffler Randall handbag from Target and you're set to transition.

16Fab, where is that denim vest from??
17love the starry scarf!
18Its the chin. See if I were heidi, I would get my chin shaved smaller. Before her nose balanced her face as nature intended and you didn't notice her chin.
Now shes is like 1 step away from being Rumer Willis
19a bit pricey...

24I'm still trying to figure out how you would put a dress over a sweater. Or did I read that wrong?
25I decided to go with what seems to be this year's transitional season's "it" color, and chose a comfortable purple dress and a comfy black cardigan. Gray tights and the coolest black boots ate perfect not to cold, not to hot accessories
