When it's cold and rainy outside, I don't feel like painting the town red. Instead, I invite my friends over for a rambunctious (semi-competitive) game night. And so, PartySugar and I hosted an Apples to Apples party last weekend! I was looking for something comfy, what did you come up with?
I started you off with this J.Crew Microsequin Cardigan ($99, originally $198). I adore the longer cut and subtle shimmer. Let's see my favorite outfits!
As you can see, this week's celebs opted for dark, brooding outfits. Lindsay Price opted for sexy, Diane Kruger did cozy, and Victoria Beckham mixed both sexy and cozy. But all was not dim in Celeb Style-land — Lauren Conrad swooped in and delivered a touch of tropical. How well were you paying attention to their details? Find out below.
I have this fun black lace sheer tee that I don't give enough love to. It does a great job of lending subtle sultriness to any outfit. Today I decided to give it a spin for a coffee date with a friend. Because it's daytime, I downplayed the sexy factor by pairing it with loose-fitting trousers. At night, I might wear it with a mini leather skirt. Lace-up booties, a cropped jacket, and Ray-Ban Wayfarers complete my all-black look.

Valentine's Day is fast approaching. Do you have a gift for your lovah? Here's something unique — it's not a mitten, it's a Smitten ($16), made by Etsy user lovedriven. Confused? Check out this drawing. It's a glove that love birds can wear while holding hands. You know, so they're not forced to stop holding hands to be warm. It's definitely a novel idea, but is it freaky or fabulous?
Audrina Patridge jumped on the 2010 Super Bowl bandwagon, attending an ESPN event in Miami wearing a sexy and daring zipper-front Michelle by Michelle Mason minidress. She kept the rest of her ensemble relatively basic, adding some peep-toe Christian Louboutin platform pumps, gold hoop earrings, a matching bangle, and a black leather bracelet for some extra edge.
