Monday's CFDA Awards will mean accolades for deserving designers and, for us, pitch-perfect outfits to fall for. Until photos from this year's ceremony are in, we'll satiate ourselves with taking a look back. From Blake Lively's hot-pink sheath to Jessica Alba's bold colorblock gown and Lady Gaga's dramatic black sheer creation, there's a lot to be said for mining inspiration from the past. See all the looks that stayed in our minds.

Londoners got a major treat when singers like Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Rita Ora, Mary J. Blige, and Ellie Goulding belted out their famous tunes for a good cause at The Sound of Change Live concert presented by Gucci as part of its Chime For Change campaign. The evening raised $4.3 million in ticket sales and will fund about 200 projects in 70 countries around the world — all in support of girls' and women's empowerment. Beyoncé, who performed a special 45-minute set as the show's headliner, looked flawless in a black sheer and leather Gucci ensemble. Other stars that didn't need to sing to look stunning were Zoe Saldana, Freida Pinto, Blake Lively, and Jada Pinkett Smith. Head inside for the full scoop on what everyone wore to this spectacular London affair, and enjoy seeing some of it tonight on a NBC special airing at 9 PM ET.
When it comes to fashion, we believe in a healthy mix of naughty and nice. Even though the men of The Internship have garnered the most media attention so far, Rose Byrne and Jessica Szohr delighted us at the premiere in sweetly feminine dresses. On the opposite side of the spectrum, Salma Hayek played the femme fatale in black leather at a Venice dinner, and Karolina Kurkova sizzled in sleek suiting. Wearing everything from summery peplum looks to brightly colored ensembles, our community members are bringing out their style A-game for the first week of Summer. This week's favorites: lolabluethecloset, stylesbyassitan, euphoriasroom, beans66, StyleCueSuzieQ, foodfashionandfun, PursuitofShoes, tanyazh, Lovely Style, and Joyshana. Congrats, all!
Summer is finally here! We (almost) thought it wouldn't ever come, but we are making sure to celebrate it right. That means your go-to guide for what to pack on those glamorous Summer getaways and — as always — oodles and oodles of street style. And for when that's not enough? We have party pictures from the ultrachic Life Ball, Saint Laurent's new campaign star (three guesses as to which hot British model they chose), and all of the new Resort collections to lust after. See all this — and much more — in our fashion recap!
It was all about celebrating the long weekend and spending time in the sun for some of our fashionable favorites this week, and they shared their stylish photos through social media for us to pore over (and envy). Poppy Delevingne indulged in some pool time with Cat Deeley, and Margherita Missoni showed off her growing baby bump while hanging in Venice. Nicole Richie showed us how to nail an all-white look for Summer, while Hilary Rhoda made a case for the crisp white blazer look — even in sweltering NYC heat. We also got a glimpse of the photo shoot life from Doutzen Kroes, Lily Aldridge, and Behati Prinsloo, who all shared snaps from set.
Heavy chain-link necklaces and rich jewel tones have their place all Fall, but when Summer hits we're all about lightening up — and that means your jewelry, too. Of course, since we can't devote an unlimited budget to these seasonal baubles, we're taking a savvy approach to shopping — read: nothing in this set costs more than $50. We've curated a mix of pretty rose gold pieces, embellished friendship bracelets, dainty everyday jewels, and major statement-making necklaces and chandelier earrings for all of your wedding-season gatherings and cocktail parties. With an accessory arsenal like this, changing up your favorite LWD or silk maxi dress is as easy as swapping one great necklace for the next. Just click through to shop all 50 finds.
Vera Wang will be honored with the Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2013 CFDA Awards on June 3. This shouldn't come as a surprise, considering the designer's name is synonymous with "dream wedding dress." Plus, this isn't even her first time receiving a CFDA Award. She was also named Womenswear Designer of the Year in 2005. While Wang has expanded her empire to include everything from ready-to-wear and fragrance to china and crystal, and has collaborated with Kohl's, David's Bridal, and Zale Corporation, her stronghold on the bridal industry is unparalleled.
Due to her consistently beautiful take on intricate detailing and refreshing approach to design, Wang has dressed many high-profile brides for their big day. In honor of her upcoming CFDA Achievement Award, here's a look at some of the designer's most notable celebrity wedding dresses.
