Charlotte Ronson's Fall '13 mix of sweet floral prints and rich hunter-green leather beckons you into the woods with a kind of modern schoolgirl charm. References to Ronson's cooler downtown girl were there, albeit with a girlier, retro twist made most obvious by Petula Clark's "Downtown" melody filling The Box at Lincoln Center as models made their way down the minicatwalk. We still get Ronson's sportier side with mesh detailing and slouchy leather trousers, but it's the woodsy greens and downright adorable florals that draw you in.
Helmut Lang has the minimalist-cool formula down to a science, and for the label's Fall 2013 collection, designer duo Michael and Nicole Colovos drove that point home by way of ultrastreamlined, impeccably tailored outerwear. Yes, simplicity has always been key with Helmut Lang, but this season, it was the influence of artist Pablo Picasso that inspired a collection marked by even sharper lines and boxier geometric (read: cubist) cuts. Let's just be clear: this is the kind of Winter-coat fare worth the investment, and we've picked out our 12 favorites, fresh from the Fall '13 runway, right here.
With nods to Andy Warhol and Studio 54's brand of glamour, Kate Spade crafted a retro-inspired mix of leopard prints, metallics, and short suits for Fall '13. All done with the designer's signature sweetness, the lineup is a bright, girlier take on sophisticated city dressing that pays homage to New York on the designer's 20th anniversary. Click on for a glimpse of the full collection — and look for Spade's whimsy in playful "Big Apple" prints and cheery knit sweaters.

Rag & Bone sent out a Fall 2013 collection rife with graphic texture, bold tones, proportional mastery, and an assortment of accessories (hello, pilot clutch!) that we've already mentally assigned to our must-have list. It's no surprise that Marcus Wainwright and David Neville have — yet again — delivered a lineup that is all at once new (even when it's mod inspired), cool, and exactly what we want. Take a look inside.
Look to Monika Chiang's Fall '13 lineup for the sleekest leather, pops of brilliant cobalt blue, and serious heels. The tailoring was sharp and a little more menswear-inspired — thanks to Chiang's references to military uniforms — but ample jewels provided a glamorous counterpart. Gorgeous gold collar necklaces, gold hardware on clutches, and chains adorning a pair of t-strap heels mean you should pay just as much attention to Chiang's accessories as you do to the clothes.
Jenni Kayne never fails to supply us with gorgeous footwear, and for Fall 2013, expect to fall even harder for the designer's latest offerings. In addition to her iconic d'orsay flats — this time dipped in rich jewel tones and including a new kitten-heel silhouette — Kayne also showed us sleek high-heel mules and some irresistible prints. See them all now.
For Fall 2013, the Rebecca Minkoff girl is every bit the feminine styler, albeit with a slightly grungier tomboy twist. While her mix of darker wares seemed like a match made in heaven for her most loyal fans, it felt like a much more subversive lineup. Take, for instance, Minkoff's play on space-like silhouettes, which came to fruition in quilted and padded leathers, voluminous shoulder cuts, utilitarian finishes, and bright metallic accessories. There was enough of her signature casual-cool styling to satisfy, but paired with edgier additions and Minkoff's first (real) foray into eveningwear, and you've got a new kind of Fall 2013 to look forward to.
For Cushnie et Ochs's Fall '13 showing, designing duo Carly Cushnie and Michelle Ochs gave us another smoking-hot collection that didn't hold back on the sex appeal. From their selection of skintight pencil skirts, whisper-thin strappy tanks, and backless dresses to their signature brand of sultry detailing (including strategic cutouts and thigh-high slits), just click through to see the hottest looks from their runway show — and let us know who you think would wear these high-impact ensembles on the red carpet.
Sexy, sophisticated, and a little subversive: Jason Wu's Fall 2013 collection delivered on the designer's potential as a great American designer. Fans from Michelle Obama to Diane Kruger will have plenty of pieces to love in this mostly black and white collection, filled with sharp coats and crisp white collared dresses with plenty of lace and chiffon for nighttime. Will Wu's next wow moment come on the Oscar's red carpet? We wouldn't be at all surprised.
