As an enduring style staple, the motorcycle jacket deserves a spot in every woman's closet. It's no one-trick pony, either: wear yours with a cutesy number, an understated shirtdress, or something a tad sexier. It's nearly impossible for it to look bad, so dress (and experiment) with freedom. Still need inspiration? Shop these three looks below.
Let's be honest, Little Monsters: Lady Gaga may be a talented, chart-topping singer – whose newest album, Artpop, has just been released worldwide – but even more than her hit songs, it's her wild costumes that really get us talking. Although anybody who has been following Mother Monster this month knows that it's been one of her most memorable ones on record, it's not anything new for the star, who's donned everything from a meat dress to armadillo heels, and from red leather (to meet the Queen!) to an alter ego's take on menswear. So, put in those headphones, turn up Artpop, and relive some of Gaga's whackiest wardrobe moments of all time.
Before she was a trendsetter, Jamie Chung was a child of the '80s who spent the holidays on the slopes with Mom and Dad. "Learning how to ski! I was about eight or nine when my parents took me on my first ski trip to Tahoe! They bought my sister and I matching hot pink jumpers which really came in handy. I was going down a hill and veered off course into the powder snow. I got stuck. My mom had to trek up the hill and into knee-deep snow in between the trees to get me out! Thanks to the hot pink jumper she was able to spot me! For the next 10 years it became a family tradition to spend our holidays skiing in Tahoe."
She's done it again! Miley Cyrus stunned the crowd when she arrived to the MTV Europe Music Awards wearing a printed lace-up minidress with a plunging neckline. Silver arm candy, layered necklaces — not to mention those eye-catching thigh-high peep-toe boots — put the finishing touches on her sexy look. But Miley wasn't the only star to turn up. Katy Perry brought retro glamour in her seafoam body-conscious dress, which she delicately paired with platform sandals, and Rita Ora had a Marilyn moment in a slinky and sexy black dress with a slit up to there. So what do you think — was Miley outdone? Or does her red carpet look reign supreme?
