Look who left behind her pencil skirts and ruffle tops and decided to show some leg. Hayden Panettiere exited the MTV studios looking an ideal combination of sexy and cool. To achieve this look, she wore a black fitted turtleneck dress, topped with an edgy biker-style leather jacket.
