There has to be at least one Valentino gown at the Cannes Film Festival. Brunette beauty Rachel Weisz attended the Agora premiere in an emerald green chiffon gown. If you look closer, it's gradient, getting darker — and more dramatic — toward the bottom. If it weren't for this ombre treatment, the dress would be too drab for my taste. She's dripping in Cartier jewels — art deco chandelier earrings and a diamond pave Trinity bracelet. Is she Cannes worthy?
