Anne Hathaway Is Still Rocking Her Platinum Look!

Anne Hathaway turned heads at the Met Gala earlier this week when she stepped out with Debbie Harry-inspired platinum hair. We've loved seeing a different side of Anne, so we were sad to find out that she planned on going back to brunette shortly after the Gala. But lucky for us, she chose to keep her blond look for the Tate Americas Foundation Artists Dinner last night in NYC, where she wore a light pink Givenchy number. Watch on for all the details. Anne Hathaway Enters the Art World With the Help of SJP

Anne Hathaway and Sarah Jessica Parker brought Hollywood to the art world when they attended the Tate Americas Foundation Artists Dinner in NYC yesterday. Anne wore a pink Givenchy dress and styled her new blond hair in a chic '60 pixie cut. Meanwhile, SJP wore a vintage floral dress and Fendi cuffs as she chatted with Anne inside the party. Both Anne and Sarah Jessica had crossed paths earlier this week when they both attended the 2013 Met Gala on Monday night. They weren't the only stars still basking in the post-Met glow — Alexa Chung, who attended the ball earlier this week, also dropped by the Tate dinner and got a chance to chat with Anne and her husband, Adam Shulman. Ciara and Martha Stewart also attended the artsy affair.

We're calling it a four-way styling tie when it comes to last night's Veuve Clicquot-hosted Tate Americas Foundation Artists Dinner in NYC. Anne Hathaway — bleach-blond pixie cut still intact — went with a leg-baring soft pink Givenchy mini and gold Jimmy Choo sandals; Ciara stunned in a nude long-sleeved gown; Sarah Jessica Parker wore a vintage floral number and loaded up on a very cool mix of jewels (Fred Leighton earrings, a Repossi turquoise ring, and a Fendi cuff and rings); and Alexa Chung opted for a dark two-toned strapless cocktail dress with ankle-strap pumps. Were you more wowed by the dramatic floor-skimming options or drawn to the leggier looks? Weigh in below!

Stars Hit the Met in the Sultriest Black Sheer Gowns — Which Look Wins?

Thanks to their black, sheer, and lacy gowns, this style set may have just had some of the sultriest looks to hit the Met Gala staircase.

Thanks to their black, sheer, and lacy gowns, this style set may have just had some of the sultriest looks to hit the Met Gala staircase. Joan Smalls perfected her supermodel smolder in a body-conscious embroidered Tom Ford gown — proof that covered up doesn't have to be conservative. Alexa Chung embraced the Gala's subversive theme and channeled her sexier side with a sheer-inset Erdem look, as did Allison Williams, who delivered a more provocative look than we're used to, wearing a black Altuzarra gown. Adding to the list of attendees who ditched their usual "good girl" persona, Anne Hathaway showed off a dramatic vintage Valentino gown, made all the more striking with see-through fabric and a high-shine finish. Now it's time to weigh in — which of the starlets' sheer gowns gets your vote?

Carey and Isla Have a Roaring Gatsby Bash With Katy

Katy Perry got in the roaring '20s spirit when she attended a cocktail reception for The Great Gatsby and Prada in NYC last night.

Katy Perry got in the roaring '20s spirit when she attended a cocktail reception for The Great Gatsby and Prada in NYC last night. She wore a purple Prada frock as she mingled with the film's stars Isla Fisher and Carey Mulligan, as well as her fellow musician Florence Welch. The fete was to celebrate an exhibition of the dresses that Miuccia Prada and costume designer Catherine Martin created for the upcoming film. The fashionable stars were joined by the film's director, Baz Luhrmann, who is married to Catherine, as well as Maggie Gyllenhaal, Tobey Maguire, who attended the celebration with his wife, and Miuccia herself.

Carey recently talked to Harper's Bazaar about wearing Prada-designed frocks for the project, noting that she's "always loved their clothes." She said, "They were the first designer house that ever lent me anything; I wore Prada to the Oscars. The people who work there are so lovely and really just non-scary fashion people." If you want to learn more about the film ahead of its May 10 release, be sure to check out the five things we learned from the Great Gatsby press conference with Carey, Tobey, Leonardo DiCaprio, and more!

Alexa Chung Shows Us Why We All Need a Rad Plaid Dress

All things are pointing towards '90s grunge this season — just look to the runways of 3.1 Phillip Lim, Dries Van Noten, and Saint Laurent — and now, we're starting to see some of our favorite style stars sporting the look on the street.

All things are pointing towards '90s grunge this season — just look to the runways of 3.1 Phillip Lim, Dries Van Noten, and Saint Laurent — and now, we're starting to see some of our favorite style stars sporting the look on the street. Case in point: Alexa Chung was spotted in London over the weekend looking nothing short of effortlessly cool in a black-and-white plaid Paul Smith dress cinched at the waist with a skinny black belt. This dress can easily teeter between polished and punk, depending on how you accessorize it, but we love how Alexa opted for the latter, styling her look with black chunky-soled oxfords and gray socks. Inspired? Channeling the same look is actually quite easy; all you need is a rad plaid dress and semitough footwear, like boots from Dr. Martens or old-school leather penny loafers. Joan, Dree, and Alexa Are Chanel-Perfect at the Label's TFF Dinner

You can count on two things at Chanel's annual Tribeca Film Festival Artists Dinner: style setters of the A-list variety and lots of Chanel.

You can count on two things at Chanel's annual Tribeca Film Festival Artists Dinner: style setters of the A-list variety and lots of Chanel. Those were the common denominators at last night's festivities, where the dinner party was a real-life runway for Karl Lagerfeld's recent collections. Who better to showcase the designer's wares than guests (and real-life models) Joan Smalls, Alexa Chung, and Dree Hemingway. Joan's supermodel stems were on display in a gray tweed jumpsuit from the label's Pre-Spring '13 collection. Alexa exuded her signature charm in a creamy Chanel minidress from the Spring '13 line and cap-toe Mary Janes, then finished it all off with a bright red lip. Dree opted for a more colorful confection, choosing a pastel minidress from the Resort '13 line, and styled it up with a white button-down underneath and a pair of black and white brogues for a tomboy twist. This fashion-conscious set gave us Chanel three ways — now it's up to you to decide who did it best. Who gets your vote?

Yes, You Can Roll Out of Bed With Gorgeous Hair

Oh, Alexa Chung, your enviable bedhead waves are exactly the trend we're dying to get right for Spring and Summer.

Oh, Alexa Chung, your enviable bedhead waves are exactly the trend we're dying to get right for Spring and Summer. But rolling out of bed with hair that's just mussy enough and walking out the door without spending an hour at the mirror is just a beauty myth, right? Wrong. "There are actually a few ways to achieve this look," says celebrity stylist Sally Hershberger.

The easiest way is to braid your hair before bed, but make sure to prep your hair the right way. Hershberger advises to spritz down hair that's almost completely dry with a texture spray, like her Wave Spray ($14). Work the product into your hair by scrunching and using your fingers to comb through sections. Braid the hair in different-sized braids to achieve a piecey look, and then sleep on it.

In the morning, simply take out the braids, adding more wave spray as needed. If you want to add some more texture, then use a curling iron, but only wrap the hair around the barrel once or twice, leaving the ends free. Muss with your fingers, swipe on some black eyeliner, and you'll give Alexa a run for her money.
