Ali Larter's All-White Calvin Klein Outfit: Love It or Hate It?

Call me cuckoo but I like Ali Larter's all-white Calvin Klein outfit that she wore to the designer's Fall '08 show. I applaud her for taking a risk, especially since so many fashion week-goers have been so safe. If not pull out all the stops at New York Fashion Week, then when? I dig the high-waisted white skinny pants and the peek-a-boo effect with the crop top. It's a little Carrie Bradshaw-ish. Am I crazy for liking this?

The pants do not look fitted, and I agree with dannysf, I think that is the exact top from Britney's "Sometimes" video... Not a good look.

White is not the problem....is the horrible fit and look overall...somebody left their clothes in the dryer too long!

maybe if the pants were a touch shorter and the top was long enough to be tucked in to the high waist...with some touch of colour.

I think the trousers and the top just don't work together. I have to say I'm not a fan of high waist trousers but on the right person(and with the right top) they could look good.

the pants should be paired with a different top or the top with a skirt. wearing an all white ensemble can work but not like this.

yes, you are crazy for liking this! It's not that it couldn't be cute, maybe... but the pants just don't fit her right at all and then with the cropped top it just takes it over the edge. I think if everything fit then it could have been fashionable, but it's the same truth I tell my friends, if it doesn't fit well, don't wear it!

i agree with those above who said the pants could've been worn much, MUCH better. that top is heinous and that mock turtle neck/cropped sweater look better not come back. But its Calvin, so i'm not too worried. His looks are so blah and generally dated anyway.
