American Apparel is no stranger to kooky fashions, and this Tie-Dye Cotton Spandex Harem Pant ($44) is one of the many. Harem pants are already risky, but throw tie-dye in the mix and they're beyond funky. I can totally see a fun-loving, risk-taking gal rocking them with cool ankle booties. I love the black/aqua tie-dye but for harem pants???? No way. A skirt with this tie-dye would be cuter!

As with a lot of AA clothes, they are fun to wear and they look far more cool on their models than on me. However, I have somehow managed to work into my wardrobe their wrap dress, their t-back mini dress, and two bikinis.

I would never wear it because I hate tie-dye and harem pants and jumpers don't work well for my body type (too much hip), but I don't hate it. I could totally see like Chloe Sevigny rocking it with a cardigan, a belt, and booties...
