I like the dress, but unfortunately she's not statuesque enough to pull it off.

I think if the flourish on top wasn't so big, or maybe if it hadn't been there at all, this might have looked better. She's cute and small and this is too much dress.
Undecided. I want to like it, kinda like the top, not loving the pattern.
