Anna Wintour turns 65 today, so we're celebrating the occasion by taking a tour through Wintour's happiest moments caught on camera since she took over at Vogue in 1988. After all, she did say [1] of quitting the magazine: "I think — my father always said to me that when you get too angry that's the time to stop.
