Anne Hathaway in Gold in London (Video)

Anne Hathaway has been busy promoting her new movie, The Dark Knight Rises and already delivered a knockout look in New York City in a gorgeous white Prabal Gurung gown. She continued a lighter motif in London where she wore head-to-toe gold embellished gown by Gucci. The gold halter style dress is from Gucci's Resort 2013 collection and is complete with festive flowers around the neckline which is unexpected and as a 3D element of the look and accessorized with satin Cassidy pumps, a matte pink lip color and her pixie haircut. For the after-party, Anne slipped into something a little bit more comfortable, a white and metallic brocade semi-wrap dress from J. Mendel Resort 2013 The simple pixie silhouette goes perfectly with her short hair and she kept on the same nude Cassidy heels from the Red Carpet that match well with her after-party ensemble. Lighter shades can be a risky choice for people with fair skin, but she pulls it off with punchy makeup. Sometimes, celebrities continue to channel their characters on the Red Carpet while promoting their movie. For example, Rooney Mara and her vampy choices similar to her role in Girl With A Dragon Tattoo. But we like how Anne took a total departure from the sexy black Catwoman she plays in Batman and has been reaching for soft, summery hues.
