Oscar winner Anne Hathaway changed into a custom light-blue silk Saint Laurent column gown for the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty last night. While her red-carpet look included a gorgeous Tiffany & Co. necklace, the actress kept things simple with her second look, allowing the intricate gold-sequined neckline to shine through.
