The uptown set (and that honorary UES'er across the pond, Kate Middleton) should be all over Badgley Mischka's Fall 2014 collection. The polished parade of tailored dresses, done in classic black and festive gold, could stock an entire wardrobe, taking one woman from important meeting to formal event and even a luxe date night out. While elegant dresses are nothing new, what stood out to us this time were how they were styled. There were gloves, there were coordinating accessories, and, in a move that's surprisingly unique on the Fall/Winter runways, there were stockings! While we're used to wearing them once the weather turns chilly, actually seeing them as part of a presented look felt fresh.

And in case all that sophistication is too much for you to handle? The designers threw in some leopard for good measure.
