If you've been wrapped up in award season, we can hardly blame you, but we're also here to shed a little light on the ensembles you didn't see at the People's Choice or Critics' Choice Awards (or on Kerry Washington) and probably should. This week's other best-dressed set is a mix of downtown street style to steal right now, courtesy of Anne Hathaway and a peacoat-clad Katie Holmes, and a more dressed-up crew, too. We spied Nicky Hilton giving us a bright new bit of outerwear to gush over, Rachel Weisz looking perfectly chic (and a little retro) in Bottega Veneta, and Allison Williams stopping by the Late Show in a sweet fit-and-flare Oscar de la Renta dress (that only furthered our girl crush).
