This year's contenders are the following: Olivia Palermo in her shoulder-cutout Susan Woo LBD, Kristin Cavallari in a strapless sequined minidress, Beyonce in a sassy LRD, Whitney Port in a sheer Christopher Kane, and Leighton Meester in her sequin Christian Cota. All five ladies turned up the volume but only one can take the crown; who's it going to be?
