The Academy Awards come and go, but only a handful of celebrities remain on fashion-loving minds. The way I see it, this is the chance for stars to shine, so I've got no love for those who dim in the spotlight. Whether it be a bold color, a shocking silhouette, or breathtaking bling, all these ladies have stepped up to the Oscars plate. In no particular order — although Emily Blunt stole my heart in Calvin Klein at the Oscars last year — I present to you my best-dressed list of Oscars past . . . Ready for the Oscars?
