HI @Ciamar- for curvier bottoms, it's all about the pocket placement on the back. Look for flat pockets (not flap), and nothing too small or placed too high. The rise is important too... don't go for low-rise jeans, try medium rise. But you can totally wear skinny, flares- a bootcut might be your best friend!
