It's time to rock the vote for your favorite jewelry designer of '09. Tom Binns swooned us — and Jessica Biel — with his magical Swarovski-embellished pieces. Forever 21 became a frequent destination for its super cheap and chic baubles. Lorraine Schwartz hypnotized us with those emerald earrings Angelina Jolie wore to the Oscars. Alexis Bittar continues to be a Fab favorite with his galactic yet glamorous jewels. Erickson Beamon's funky creations wooed us to a whole new level. Lastly Dannijo, a NYC label born by sisters Danielle and Jodie Snyder; we can't get enough of their heavy chains and under the sea aesthetic.

are you serious?? what is Dannijo...why are we voting on Dannijo or Forever 21 among these talented major designers? It's like saying, who would you rather win the Oscar, Meryl Streep or Lindsay Lohan?

I thought it was best brand in general. I don't own anything from any of these except forever21. I like their jewelry because it's fun, cute and trendy but super cheap. I absolutely love Angie's earrings though. They're exquisite.

this poll is so flawed - are we supposed to vote for the best brand in general? be cause then it would be Alexis Bitar hands down. or are we supposed to vote for the best of those specific examples? because, if that's the case, then Lorraine Schwatz's emerald earrings worn by Angelina Jolie are one of the most exquisite pieces of jewelry I've ever seen in my life...
