The label Black Halo is an official celeb favorite. In fact, Mandy Moore wore this Black Halo Tweed Cami Dress ($350) on the October cover of Lucky.

I don't understand the point of a dress that looks like separates- sure it would make more sense to buy a camisole and pencil skirt that cold also be worn apart. It's perfectly nice as a dress, but doesn't seem very versatile.

I'll tell you what - Mandy Moore looks 100 times better in it than this shapeless model. If you click the link there's a pic of Mandy's cover - she looks so curvy and HOT! I'm with the others about the dress looking like separates. i'd love to wear those pieces separately so I'd rather buy it as a skirt and blouse.

That dress is absolutely beautiful - but I definitely like the way it looks better on Mandy Moore. I would love to wear it for work with a black cardigan or maybe a white one like Mandy wore on the cover of lucky. I love how feminine but relatively simple it is. Wish I could afford it.
