    With just a few short days until the 2013 Oscars, stars like Julianne Moore, Drew Barrymore, Kirsten Dunst and Naomi Watts are already out in full force for the award-show preparties, like last night's Bulgari fete, which celebrated the jewels of Elizabeth Taylor.
