When I was in college I gave sewing lessons on how to sew buttons on, do simple repairs and hole patching.

I can sew a button, mend a seam, and do other basic sewing work. I don't have a machine, so the full on construction stuff is right out!

Not well. I wish I could sew. I really want to be able to make my own clothing since I barely find anything that looks like what I want and I can't afford designer. I also would like to fix the buttons on my coat since the buttons were not sewn on well at all.
