n. A very short sleeve that hangs over the shoulder but does not extend beyond the armhole on the underside. Found on dresses, tops, sweaters, jackets and sometimes swimwear.

This dress is fantastic. But yeah, can't afford. Also agree with SarahwithanH, that cap sleeves look best with thin or really toned arms.

Cap sleeves are really "hard" for most people. Unless you have super skinny arms they don't look good.
