Cutie Carey Mulligan just stepped onto the red carpet in a long strapless Nina Ricci navy gown. But navy wasn't her only color of choice — notice the black ruffle detail on the bottom half. A simple but dazzling rhinestone headband and diamond earrings by Fred Leighton finish off her ensemble. What do you think?

She looks so old/tired? compared to days when she was hella pretty as Sally Sparrow...which wasn't that long ago... I adore that girl though, I do.

I don't know - I like the color and the fact that it's strapless; but I'm not sure about the lace texture and I don't like the ruffles. I also really hate her hair (sorry; not a fan of the pixie) and the headband doesn't help...
