Lindsay Lohan was seen in New York City filming an episode of Ugly Betty. For this particular scene, costume designer Patricia Field decided to put Lindsay in an Herve Leger dress. But the over-the-top drama comes from the fishnet tights, studded bracelets, and insanely high platform pumps. Lohan was also seen wearing Ray Ban Wayfarers in between scenes, though I'm not sure her character will be wearing them on the small screen.
