America Ferrera hasn't ceased to amaze me as of late. She always steps on that red carpet looking stellar and ultra feminine. Here, at the Hot in Hollywood party, she chose a body-hugging Black Halo dress with pleated bodice. She took the look from simple to lady with the black patent leather belt and strappy sandals.
