Let's play first lady of France dressup. Carla looks every bit the part after a visit to the Met in New York β Bentley in tow. I wish I could browse endless walls of art wearing an origami folded neck skirt suit, Tod's flats, and a perfect little Dior bag. Carla proves you can still look buttoned-up and sophisticated in flats (sigh). This is a great work or interview look so pay attention to this first lady.

this is my favorite look for a long long time... she is so fab... totally put together, and gorg hair
1She looks amazing. It's conservative but still a little sexy at the same time. Her hair is fabulous too.
2Great look, great model.

Gorgeous and Classy!
the origami detail.
4she's so full of herself, i can't stand her lol but yeah she looks nice.
5Simple and classy.
6classic!!
7She does look lovely, but I dunno how I'd feel about wearing off-shoulder anything to an interview. Ah well, adapt the looks you love to the life you lead!
8I adore Tod's flats!
9I love her suit! The neckline and the belt flawless!
10Gorgeous!
11She always manages to look great. And don't you just love the "pose" she did while walking? The girl knows how to project herself!
12She looks stunning!
13love love love!
14So pretty. And her style is amazing.
15Flawless!!
16She looks like she's wearing high heels, even though she's in flat! Very poised and graceful, the way Audrey Hepburn wore low heeled/flats!
17I'd prefer heels with this look...not loving the flats.
18She is nailing it! I'd probably wear heels instead of flats too but the flats are so French. She is their first lady...
19LOVE her! she's great!
20WOW Gorgeous!
21Style icon! Love the hair too!
22Everything but the shoes!
23An interview or work outfit?? Where? Off the shoulder doesn't work for most interviews or workplaces. But yes, she looks good.

that is the most gorgoeus professional wear I have ever seen _ I love it with the flats, so crazy chic...
I agree...she does look fabulous!!! however, I was a bit turned off by the flats...but thats just me!!
26I like this look, too. I think wearing flats is more chic. Heels would have been predictable. JMHO.
I am biased, though. I don't like heels, as I think they're bad for feet and the lower back.
27The sexiest and super talented Carla Bruni Madame First Lady
28well she's definitely gotten travel chic down to a T! i think that the look is very understated yet pretty and it's function able. she gets enough stuff put on her because of her past and how quickly she got into this relationship and i think that fashion is something that she's usually done very nicely.
29she looks amazing
30my goodness- fantastic.
