Did I miss something? Since when is actress Emmy Rossum also a singer? Okay, I'll stop delving into Buzz's world and stick to fashion. Singer or not, Emmy's cobalt blue and black Jay Godfrey dress is darling. True, we've seen the babydoll style all year, but the color combo and light pleating keep it fresh.
