Celebrity Style: Lauren Conrad

The day after Fab got to meet LC and Whitney at LA Fashion Week, Lauren stepped out again — this time for a little retail therapy with BFF Lo at Madison LA. If I didn't know better, I would think it was Spring in LA, the way the weather has been here! Lauren must agree, breaking out a tank and flip-flops. To give her cute casual outfit a bit more Fall appeal, I threw in a blazer and some ballet flats to match her D&G bag!

LC makes 2 million for season 3 of the Hills; Heidi makes 1 million and Audrina/Whitney makes between 500000-750000. Plus, all the girls have a clothes/makeup allowance not to mention people who donates them clothes to wear on the show. LC also makes money for different endorsements and all are paid appearance fees. These girls are making good money. MTV also pays for the apartment Audrina and LC shares.

how can these laguna beach kids afford all of that luxury? I would love to know??what did their padres do? b/c none of them had jobs throughout hs & they all had free range credit cards to spend like crazy!i read in 1 of those gossip mags like OK that SPencer is just using Heidi b/c she is on the show & he wants fame........he's not really thinking of marriage.........uh hello does it look like they even have a relationship? they hardly say to words to each other.........

I agree with you fashionhor this outfit is super cute, is elegant and simple I love the bag, who say that in order to have an expensive bag you have to wear and expensive outfil .I love thi outfit !

My only beef, OMG, seriously no pun intended there!!! I didn't realize until I wrote, but I'll leave it there bc it made me laugh. ANYHOW, my only problem is the sunglasses. I love that bag and was so sick of seeing her with the quilted Channel Jason got her. I'm all for a nice bag with a casual outfit. I also love the tank tucked in. Very cute and fresh.

the only bag i usally have in my chnle are my Marc but i am geting louis for christmas so yeahh but i like oversize handbags are maybe she was being cheap and pick on from dg that wasnt the nicest but the che[est//,,,.....

I dont understand why people are against jeans/tank top with expensive bag. People do it all the time. LC do it all the time because she always carry her 1700 dollars chanel bag with her.

I am going to go against most on this post. I am in love with wearing a simple outfit with a large, higher end bag. It makes the outfit come together. I think her outfit is fine too. Who cares if it's not super trendy or a 5-piece outfit. It's simply, chic and looks great on her! Also, I was against the wayfayers once, but tried them on at a store on a whim and they actually looked much better than the other sunglasses. I said my peace.
