Whether or not you like Leighton Meester's new bangs, let's turn our attention to her dazzling outfit at the Proenza Schouler show at New York Fashion Week. What a perfect way to look ladylike while still maintaining edginess. The bottom half of her ensemble — the metallic pencil skirt and velvet pumps — is very Blair Waldorf, while the Proenza Schouler sequined top keeps things from getting too stuffy. Her chain bracelet, chunky cocktail rings, and navy-blue clutch further up her cool-girl status.

i was at this show; there were so many celebrities!!!! and yes, proenza was beautiful. i didn't really notice leighton because i was busy fawning over the mko/richie duo.

I think the skirt doesn't look very good, it does nothing for her shape. Well, at least she takes risks with her fashion... The bangs are ok, but I liked her hair better the way it was before.

Ok the bangs are really not flattering (at least on that photo) and make her look like a strange Rachel Bilson. And on anyone else, I'd find the outfit ugly, but that girl can pull off anything!!
